Untuk jumlah makan saya umumnya setelapak tangan protein, 1/2 kepal karbohidrat kompleks, serta sayuran sebanyak mungkin. Saya juga minum kopi atau teh hijau mendekati berolahraga. Nyatanya program diet yang saya aplikasikan tak bikin perut kelaparan. Bahkan juga penyakit mag saya pulih. Sakit saat datang bln. juga pulih. Badan juga tidak sering sekali sakit.
