Jakarta, Saya tengah memiliki kandungan anak ke-3, dengan umur kandungan 21 minggu. Di kehamilan yang ke-3 ini nyaris sehari-hari saya minum kopi. Yang menginginkan saya tanyakanlah, bolehkah Ibu hamil minum kopi sehari-hari? Adakah dampaknya? Sepanjang kehamilan wanita disarankan untuk melindungi konsumsi minuman dan makanan karna bisa punya pengaruh positif ataupun negatif pada bayi. Begitu baik jika ganti mengkonsumsi kopi jadi teh karna kandungan cafein pada teh lebih sedikit, atau memakai harga kopi hijau untuk diet decaffeinated.

Terkecuali lakukan monitoring pada mengkonsumsi cafein, baiknya Yasmin juga lakukan kontrol USG teratur setiap 2 minggu sekali untuk lakukan pemantuan pada berat tubuh bayi.  Lumajang - Walau usianya saat ini tidak muda lagi, Widya Ross (31) tetaplah memiliki komitmen untuk melakukan perbaikan pola makannya. Walau awalannya cuma menginginkan mempunyai badan sehat, toh ia memperoleh bonus yaitu berat Badan yang turun sedikit untuk sedikit. Bobot Widya yang awal mulanya 58 kg, kurun waktu 9 bln. saat ini sudah turun jadi 48 kg. Penasaran menginginkan coba langkah Widya untuk menurunkan berat Badan? Simak kisahnya seperti sudah ditulis detikHealth pada Jumat (26/12/2014) : Awalannya saya coba beragam jenis diet. Dari mulai diet setop makan nasi, kentang, makan nasi hanya tiga sendok, makan sayur saja, hingga aerobik 2 kali satu minggu, semuanya tidak berhasil. Sampai pada akhirnya tanpa ada berniat baca informasi tentang diet sehat di Twitter. Awalilah saya mengaplikasikan pola makan untuk menurunkan berat Badan. Saya ganti nasi dengan karbohidrat kompleks seperti roti gandum, oatmeal, ubi merah, nasi merah. Saya juga kurangi serta bahkan juga tak konsumsi makanan yang digoreng. Juga membatasi mengkonsumsi gula serta garam. Sebagai ubahnya, saya cuma konsumsi makanan yang dikukus, ditumis, dipepes, dipanggang serta di rebus. Terkecuali hari Minggu, saya makan bebas. Yang tentu saya makan 3 kali satu hari, ngemil sehat 2-3 kali satu hari. Dapat putih telur, tempe panggang, tahu kukus, atau kacang tanah sangrai. Untuk latihan fisik, saya lakukan latihan beban 20 menit, dilanjutkan latihan kardio berbentuk bersepeda statis atau jalan/lari di treadmill sepanjang 40 menit. Saya mengerjakannya di gym 4 kali satu minggu. Bila libur ke gym, saya lakukan latihan circuit training. Tak lupa juga untuk tidur cukup. Sebagai penambahan info, saya juga perbanyak makanan yang memiliki kandungan rempah lantaran tuturnya dapat mempercepat metabolisme. Untuk jumlah makan saya umumnya setelapak tangan protein, 1/2 kepal karbohidrat kompleks, serta sayuran sebanyak mungkin. Saya juga minum kopi atau teh hijau mendekati berolahraga. Nyatanya program diet yang saya aplikasikan tak bikin perut kelaparan. Bahkan juga penyakit mag saya pulih. Sakit saat datang bln. juga pulih. Badan juga tidak sering sekali sakit. Maksud saya melakukan perbaikan diet hanya satu : menginginkan sehat. Perkara kurus, itu bonus.
